Why do you need subtitles? Don't you know hindi? Some words might be different but most of the urdu words they'll use are gonna be bollywood-ish i.e. urdu words you mostly hear in bollywood movies. Also just learning how to read and write the script won't help you much either, you need to know some vocab to actually get the dialogues.
Try reading famous sha'iri, nazm, ghazal and mazmoon from rekhta website to get to know some common vocab. Read somewhat contemporary and modern writers not classical as the movie will have modern words only. Also you can read in devanagari script and roman script, no need to know urdu script.
All you need is vocab
