Sounds, based but the rape part would actually be counterproductive unless we can commit proper genocide, which is rarely possible in the modern day. In such a case, such activities will only make more enemies, we should focus on regime change and then supporting and legitimizing the new one, securing strategic territories like Rangpur, also Chittagong is majority Hindu so can be easily integrated as a new state.
