Yes some bloodlines are superior. Yes exceptions exist but it is more likely the next great man comes from a line of great men. It is more likely the next einstein is a kike not a nlgger. Genghis khan also descended from a line of powerful leaders like yesugei and ambaghai.
Another factor is external circumstances. That combined with genetic determinism (free will doesnt exist) means you arent in control of your life. Life just carries you like a river.
