At that rate 60% of indian muslim population can be converted in 30 years. Deislamisation of south asia is a long game of civilisation. It took centuries to islamise it to the extent we see today but we should be able to reverse it faster if we use tech and resources that modern age has given us.

Pak and bangladesh are going to be hard to deislamise. To deislmaise them existing social structure has to be uprooted. May be a long drawn destructive civil war can do that where india rebuilds those countries but with hindu institutions overseeing it leading to hinduisation (essentially the same way those places were islamised as per Andre wink and R. Eaton).

Muslim won't convert. Their faith is strong. Islam is designed to expand. Even if they decide to convert, Hinduism will not accept them back. Deislamisation is only possible through genocide (Bosnian genocide in Yugoslavia, Uyghur genocide in China, Rohingya Genocide in Burma, Reconquista in Spain, Gaza genocide in Israel) but India is a secular, democratic country, so genocide is not possible.

Muslims occupied Spain for almost 800 years (longer than India was occupied by Muslims)
791-1492 , 800 years
Whereas India was occupied from
1206 - 1857 , roughly 600 years
In fact for the Reconquista, Spain required mostly soldiers from northern/Western Europe to come and fight. They didn't manage to defeat the muslims on their own.
They simply submitted, allied , and paid them off for the longest part.
