Pajeets don't take the initiative in anything, they just look at others succeed and hope they had done something, and sometimes if the government gives enough funds they try to build something but by the time they end up with something workable the rest of the world is decades ahead... just wait for some other country to make a breakthrough and then Pajeets will finally try to do something.
