>wake up, check phone/laptop
>start surfing random slop
>just chasing that tiny dopamine hit for the first thing in the morning
>brain goes “yes, this is good”
>5-10 mins later i feel burnt out and empty again
>i try consuming different kinds of media but even that feels meh now (even the stuff i used to enjoy feels dead)
>i see people going out, doing stuff, making memories and i’m just here
>i repeat this cycle like every day

It is a tragedy, I turned out like this. Whatever little socialization i do is because of my dayscholar kalej life. I have always been a quitter. Never completed anything. btw stop consuming so many things especially short term gratification ones.
