It's prevalent everywhere we see. Congestion in railways, hawkers, people occupying sidewalks, in cities etc.
Pic related, see as much as he could the MLA tried but even he is bogged down by the systematic issue.
Since we lack organization and enforcement for the basic rules, when something goes south our reactions are also disproportionate but short lived, adhoc and nothing changes in long term.
Railway congestion issue had two tier system,
>over booking
>no access control at railways
resulting in some sad events.
Railway is adding 1500+ kms of tracks supporting 130kmph+ now but average speed hardly improves because of the congestion by trains.

Standardization of issues. Proper organization - equipped with tools and technique to handle these honestly.
Corporatization of municipal bodies or a parallel body.

those are mostly memes sirs, we can have experts but we know the issue is at the implementation part of the rules.
as simple as hawkers or prevention of occupation of sidewalks etc. - nobody needs europeans to teach it, we already have good planners.

if you think about it most people actually do follow the rules and put their trash in the dustbins
the thing is when i went to Delhi (atleast back in late 2017) the people who load your trash into the garbage trucks themselves dump it into open landfills on the road side. it kinda discourages rest of people desu

All of this can easily be circumvented by just executing three things
- Simple Waste Management Systems
- Removing Cattle Nuisance on roads
- Reorientation of pedestrians to the level of roads.

Another instance pic related. So a few days back, railway minister Ashwani Vaishnav announced that railway platforms will be access controlled - as a pilot project they are going to start by 60 busiest railway stations.
Now we got a pic from New Delhi's Anand Vihar Station. Look at this
>totally chaotic
>signboards are temporary and shoddily done
>just a sign, no order nothing
So this is meaningless. It's just babus doing just enough that they can say they did something, ministers will pose and post a reel saying they did something but this will fall off adhoc and eventually when the platforms actually get flooded with people nobody would follow these meme signs - it's not like Indians are great followers of rules let alone signs.
So disappointed man. It's tiresome. Everyday i see such instances, problems which require deep dive are met with band aid solution, retards would cheer and nothing changes but problem remains.
