is there any game with realistic gore, shouldnt be based around gore but realistic gore should be part of it. i dont remember but i saw some reel which had a game with pretty realistic gunshot wound and death and suffering.

Manhunt and Manhunt 2 are pretty based video games ngl. Probably the best games made my Rockstar. Sadly the westoid cumskin "games journalists" got it banned.

Dead Island 2 has pretty good realistic gore but dogshit
Ninja gaiden 2 has the best balance of gore+gameplay, unfortunately they censored so much gore in sigma(pc) version
Either emulate it on xenia or mod sigma, do not play (de)make slop
Play stalker og trilogy or gamma, f.e.a.r, mount and blade warband, chivalry 2, dead space and ready or not, all these may not have realistic gore but the feel is really good
Bonus: kenshi has a cool dismember system but its play like an rts game

Corpse Party is pretty gorish, and it is summer. I know most of you are FPS bros, but don't let it stop you from playing this bone chilling master piece. Legit makes you need a blanket in these summers.
