I unironically want cloud gaming. Games are reaching over 100 plus GB in size. The hardware cost are too much. With job there is no free time to tiker and shit. I think cloud gaming is a good solution for it.

If they don't have ability to nuke it and the storage is truly ours that is. I would still want to have storage for some games in physical copies at all cost. For most games however I wont mind cloud storage.

same situation with me anan, I've explored some indian cloud gaming services, but all of them are either expensive or limited and don't give me enough control to do anything I want. Most either restrict their service to only a few games, or selected stores.

So I've been experimenting with rolling my own setup on GCP. It's pretty comfy actually, a VM instance with a 4 core cpu + nvidia T4 gpu + 200gb storage with linux costs about 20rs per hour. My own personal PC on the cloud that I can do whatever I want and nobody gives a fuck. I still have the 300$ trial credit that google gives so I'm not even paying anything yet.

There might be some extra cost for the storage, but I'll find out at the end of the month when the billing is calculated.

If you're fine with tinkering, this is a much better/cheaper option than paying for cloud gaming services desu.

You should try cloud gaming services. The service is very seamless. Like my friend playing on pc can send me invite and I can join him in game with just my browser.

All of it for 700₹ per month. And I don't even pay every month. Only when some games are released.

Much better than upgrading the hardware , tinkering and waiting hours even with 200 Mbps for game to download.

Xbox game cloud something. 400+ games are available for free and you can also buy and play games. Its is not available in india. I use japan/korea vpn to connect and then disconnect after that. Game still runs.
