Retarded viewpoint. Muslim rule in india was fragmented except for delhi sultanate under tughlaqs and mughal empire. Hindu history of subcontinent is much longer and foundational. Gupta empire alone ruled much of india for 3 centuries(the longest for any pan indian empire). Also persian influence in india is overstated. Except for loanwords in NW india persian has no relevance in life of regular indian. Your average indian is hindu, chants sanskrit mantras, speaks an indo aryan language or dravidian language with sanskrit superstratum. What you call persian music or cuisine is actually indian that were given persian names by muslims.
