Problem is not per capita, problem is how our cities and villages are managed. To solve all the major issues we see memes on,
>empower municipalities
>make people prioritize and focus on the work of muncipal bodies
This will directly improve
>city planning
>shithole look of cities
>better hygiene standards when it comes to street foods
>can improve overall aesthetic of cities
>no encroaching, better management of wastes, sewage, etc.
>better public parks

We have dust problems etc. that is mostly result of
