I am pretty frugal. I can make do with 10k per month for bare essentials easily and with an extra of 20k pm for randis (i.e. 2-3k per randi since there are no pretty randis in the lundian market). That rounds it up to 3,60,000 per year. The 1 crore would be invested in a small plot of land where I live which can be done on 30 lakhs. I would keep 20 lakhs in real gold and silver because at this rate the banks will fail. The rest 50 lakhs will be divided in FDs and in those index thangs. Nothing too fancy.
The entire thang - my expenses will beat the inflation that Shaktikanta Das releases. I am not aware of the real number but will make an estimate of it if I get 1 cr as promised by OP.
If not, who cares, I will die alone anyways. As long as I don't have debts by listening to finance with sharan, I am good.
