Ig if your sole issue is dandruff then go for it, the orange one - shampoo + conditioner was also alright even though they say daily use you can use it on alternate or every third day.
This one twice a week. Ensure that you are applying it on your scalp, hair roots and massaging. Leave for few mins before rinsing thoroughly.

Just wet your hair, run some in, gently massage it, and take your time. I say give it atleast give to six minutes, even better if 10, to soak in. Then wash it away. Go with a small amount for now yaar.

It's best to see the doctor, i forgot the thread or topic wherein i suggested it but if it's just dandruff issue it will work well.
If there's hairfall etc. check with doctors and all.
