Bhach and greater indian society has a parallel, bhach provides snapshot about greater indian society as a whole.
I am not just talking about people who are posting but i will put blame on admin too.
We are in chicken egg situation, where everyone wants to spam in /b/, some anons want to deliberately do it.
We can try changing this, with new overboard feature it allows for greater ability to have overboard /all/ as a single hub for all the niche boards and /b/ for the rest.
Everyone can toggle b/w these two back and forth.
If you are not gonna post in other board it of course be dead. So just take the ownership, even if means few dead threads.
There's nothing admin or mod team can do. Anons have been provided the tools - overboard and /b/. Mods and admin can even help in moving the threads if anons by mistake threads in odd boards.
But at the end onus is on the anons, do you really want things to be maybe slightly better or entire things to be bad.
Admin (me) have my set of faults - sure go ahead talk about in /meta/.
People who want to keep track of /meta/ can also select in overboard. So your queries are not being hidden just a basic set of rules which is wanted from the anons.
See i have pretty much zero stakes here, if you want to be board like this then i will stop - won't care. But at the end it is your choice to make.
My request is for anons to just take ownership and don't be the bad extension of the greater indian society.
I am willing to acknowledge my share of faults but no matter what i do it's all futile if the anons are not interested in taking part, having things better off.
I am not asking you to write thesis or deliberately push things. Just naturally slowly move to dedicated boards, don't acknowledge those who want to deliberately keep things in mess.
That's all. Choice is of anons.

I have ADHD. This means I can't keep track of all these boards and all these threads. It's also too much effort having to click I ACKNOWLEDGE THE RULES then click ALL THE BOARDS I have to check then save then again click... just... this place is just not neurodiverse friendly anymore. The concept of LESS IS MORE is only when it suits capitalists. There's already discussions about APIs, google playstore apps, and today I saw something about ads... just screw everything here.

I guess you are using incognito mode other wise it's just once in a as long as you are active on the website thing of sorts.
But i will work on it, the reason for popup was greater transparency - i can implement auto acknowledge and the details in FAQ page but people will whine about that too.

I undersatnd but it's simple - check-all option is there and uncheck /b/ and save. That's all there is.

You need not to worry about it if you don't want to use those.
Ads will not exist - i saw it and user experience was bad so rolled back.
