You should not spend more than 0.5 or 1 generation at each stage, this is a multi generational plan since you would have to be extremely lucky or an anomaly to skip multiple stages at once.

I am not moving to a tier 2/3 city, it'll eat up everything i earn, instead i will build a mansion in my khet and use my money for travelling and moj masti.
Delhi is 2 hours drive, and a good enough hospital is 40 mins,
One of the best school in india is 30 mins.
I don't see a reason to spend all my life savings one day to shift to a stinky pajeet city where you can not even walk 100 meters in market without smelling piss
