So apparently babus hosted this event in some Oyo knockoff because it was the only place in Goa with a huge convention hall which they could convert into a indoor stadium. Its not even a fucking "5 star hotel". I know FIDE deserves to be blamed too but we have to realize we are not yet ready to host the Olympics because the subhumans in charge destroy everything they touch.
