ITeS comoanies like TCS, Infosys, LTIMindtree, Tech Mahindra etc are all BPM shops, no software development happens here, they provide support to other tech companies, if you go to visual studio developer community website, users post feedback - bug/crash reports related to VS IDE, and if you look at the ticket chat, you will find that MSFT has hired companies like LTIMindtree and Beyondsoft Inc for issue tracking and resolution lmao, these companies hire BTech bhangis from Tier-2/3 colleges to do this
