We are three siblings. I am 25M and have a youger sister and another brother who's the youngest. I always thought brothers and sisters are supposed to playfully fight and tease each other but my brother never teases my sister or fights with her (or even with me). In fact he doesn't even talk to us much if I or my sister try to tease him he just smiles and says nothing and sometimes doesn't even smile but keeps a blank expression and ignores us. What's wrong ?

They absolutely do not think you are sad, depressed, mysterious or traumatized and need any form of special help/care.
What they do is literally think nothing of you, you are "tolerable" to them and tread carefully regarding exposing your inner self to them, their relationship with you is more conditional than you might think and your worst suspicions about them might actually be mild in comparison.
