Rooms like these are mostly made by real estate agencies so they can upmark the house value. It's also a way to wash money easily. In many countries houseowners can write off maintenance/building from their taxes.
Easy to build, and you just claim you spent XXXX amount for an easy write off in the next 1-2 yeras.
