I don't know which one to choose. I am confused between Coursera-like sites and other sites that claim to have a network of HRs so that they can push your CV in after you do a project

You just have to investigate these places on google reviews, ambitionbox, glassdoor, reddit and so on. These places are scam for the most part.
These niqqers even have the stupidity to post legitimate job advertisements on Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. as if they are recruiting people for a real job and then bait them into becoming a trainee by saying that they're actually hiring for so and so MNC company to dangle some carrots at you.

Job Hunting is also scary yaar. You may think that job hunting is just you opening and scrolling for something suitable at Naukri or some website, then you apply, then you attend interview, then you get selected... but it's not the case.
You may end up in a job that will drain your soul or the job advertisement itself will be a scam.
It's a jungle out there.
