You can be accused & foud guilty immediately as a perpetrator of jaati discrimination against reserved people, if you're a male, non EWS GC, by a highly biased committee in your college that will comprise mostly of reserved category members (may or may not contain GC members), and false accusations & immediate judgements by the committee, against you will have no penalties. Also, you can never be a victim of (indian) based discrimination if you're a gc non ews as the list of possible victims of (indian) based discrimination does not include them.
Also, the way in which the procedures are carried by this new fiasco could be similar to sc/st act(look it up as to how it works and why a lot of people including obc bhungis loathed it) or 498a
