Yes. But it's likely you'll lack the discipline to do a continuous regime and stick to it.
The point of gym is that going to a place with people with like minded people motivate you more. Having a gym partner/trainer will hugely boost your morale.

Progressive overload which is the key driving factor along with diet is very very hard.
In gym u can invrease weight in amount of 5 or 2.5 kg usually try adding 5 kg to ur pullup you will realise how hard is it

It's better to mindlessly do it as if it's a ritual for the first two months, it takes time to see results and a lot of people tend to get disappointed and quit when they don't see huge progress early on.
