Primitive roots of all humans go back to Subsaharan Africa. When early humans left subsaharan africa to colonise rest of the world, they found themselves in a very challenging environment that they had not evolved biological mechanisms due to being a tropical species. The survival was especially harder given the last glacial maximum or ice age which meant even more lethal winters and scarcity than today. Moreover, crossing the barrier of Sahara or Arabian desert was a huge challenge in itself due to harsh desert conditions. So, evolutionary tradeoff was made. Neoteny evolved as a result of natural selection weeding out the unfit resulting in physical abilities being traded off for rise in iq points enabling this more intelligent human species to make clothes, protective houses, tools, to evolve delayed gratification and plan ahead to stockpile wood and food. Eurasians descend from that one tribe of colonisers who left behind their bantu bretheren and safety and comfort of the world they knew.

Neoteny in biology is retention of juvenile traits in adulthood which in case of humans is flatter faces, low bone and muscle mass, larger head and longer limbs relative to body, low T, low aggression, smaller genitals, forward facing vagina in females and higher voice pitch unlike bantu monkes who have ape like prognathism and other simian traits. Neoteny resulted in higher intelligence due to brain plasticity. Basically, eurasian males are physically weaker, cuter and less dimorphic than bantu males although more intelligent.
