Does anybody have ideas on how one can create his own audio similar to the gateway tapes.
Goal is the synchronisation of both hemisphere also while being in a call yet focused state and certain hypnosis going on while also a high frequency plays with affirmations playing in the background. Its hard to trust the cia , the audio is powerful but the thing is that it is best to use something made by someone you can trust or by you itself.
This should help a lot in para psychological abilities enhancement. So does anybody have an idea how I can try and make something like this for myself.

I never understood the gateway tapes. I thought it was just bs, but then why would CIA openly reveal it to the world. And also, the gateway experiments aren't really that effective to draw up a conclusion of their effectiveness. I don't think it'd be possible to create similar audio as there's lack of documentation on the gateway tapes. So it just makes it seem like a hoax?
Did you try them? What were your experiences?

A lot of people tried it and had good experiences
I personally didn't try them because of not being able to trust with these stuff but i have seen mild results with certain subliminals and frequencies, if i can somehow create something of my own it would be extremely great and my progress can get very fast
