i only recall /desi/ from years back. it was not special per se but used to be active with posters from around the india.
in general /desi/ was better before tail end of covid after which india hate posts became more normalized as a whole on 4chan and i think kanglus and pakis tried to ride the wave leading to /bharat/ being created.
