Try vps providers like hostinger, there's one i am forgetting name of. I think oracle cloud provides free instances who already had account so not sure now.

Hostinger may cost upto 12,000 inr for a decent plan for an year. You can test for a month first. Another option is if you are just starting - get shared hosting at places like namecheap if you don't want to handle setting up VPS. For first year it should be less than 5000.
