CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN ME HOW THESE JOB DESCRIPTIONS WORK?

No.2565

This is a job description that asks for 2 to 4 years of experience. I am not CSE so I don't know what's going on here. Is it possible for someone to have all these qualifications? Is it possible to find someone who has all these qualifications while also having only 2 to 4 years of experience and is capable of working for 3 to 6 LPA? Is this a realistic job profile? Just asking for curiosity and understanding about how these things work.

Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEAN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js (MEAN stack), and the ability to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack.

Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular.

Develop server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, Chai).

Exposure to GraphQL, real-time web applications, or microservices architecture.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects on GitHub.
