Because heendoos have the caste system, which has intertwined religion, ancestry and status. The earlier and closer your ancestors adapted the brahmanistic traditions, the higher your caste is. Many lower caste shudras tried to use sanskritization to uplift their communities. But the existing upper castes would call them fake savarnas, focusing on their lower caste ancestry instead. This was done to preserve their own position in the hierarchy and prevent challengers.
Heendoos just apply the same logic to arabs and islam, not realising it doesnt work that way.

So is every other religion. The majority of criticism of Hinduism by Muslims stems from their Islamic worldview. Islam, by virtue of being an Abrahamic and Middle Eastern religion, doesn’t align well with the Eastern way of life. That’s the point, most people criticize things based on how they think things should be, because it’s quite obvious that nothing is objectively right or wrong.
