I want to worship the sky-father because that’s the earliest method of worshipping a deity. But how do i do it? Rig Veda barely has any mantra on him and he has no further mention in any scriptures

Rigveda 1.89.2 and 1.160.4 contain hymns in his eulogy. Chant and invoke the fatherly aspect. You can also offer water, milk or flowers at sunrise or sunset. The best method is to actually sit on a vaste open expanse of land and meditate. Perform Agnihotra havan once month while chanting rigvedic hymns. Also, you can offer ghee, samidha(wood) and sesame seeds.
Last but not the least, live your life honorably.

There is no such thing. "Dyaus pitr" is a reconstruction by Linguists. There is actually no evidence or proof for any such god or deity having been prayed to or having been invented at all.

Dyaus pitr itself is a made up concept. No evidence for it ever having existed.
Just having a sky daddy doesnt mean everybody comes from the same culture.

PIE is reconstructed. There is no evidence for it having existed.
You wanting it to exist because it will make everything fit together is circular logic retard.
