hello anons. i am historically illiterate, and am here for two things.

They say R.C Majumdar's BVB books are quite good but I haven't read them and they go upto 12 volumes.
It would be nice of anans to provide recs too as most tend to be ignorant about Indian History.

history of south india by kan sastri for south focus but be warned sastri's writings are incredibly dry
