If Your focus is on nutrition simply, It's simple,
Eat twice a day, Breakfast is not not not really necessary everyday. it would be better if you can form fixed schedule for eating
Eat Roti/Chawal, Daal + Veggie.
You can combine them as you like. You can make khichdi(Daal+Chawal), Daliya(Gehu+Veggie), pulao also.
Fruits occassionally are fine. not needed on daily basis. local fruits are best.can have between meals if you feel hungry. but wait for 2-3 hours after eating fruits, Before eating again.
Occassionally Paneer Or Soya paneer for more protein.
Other stuff like idli, Dosa etc also good occassionally.
Curd helps but eat 2-3 times a week at max. And do mix something in it. Either sugar, Water, Amla, Anaar.
Don't overcook veggies.
Can take salad, But Too much is harmful because it's hard to digest. but in moderation it helps gut bacteria and You can poop well.
Sprouts are harmful if you eat them raw. Cook them a bit atleast.
Milk is good, but not exactly necessary for everyone, But It is a meal in itself, You need to have gaps between meals.
Ghee is good, Oils are also very good, But in moderation. But good quality ones like Sarson, Til or whatever works in your locality.
Salt is bad in higher quantities, And we reach it pretty easily these days.
Water is also food. Have a glass of normal temperature water while eating. Have sips in between. if you drink at start, in the long run it will make you thin, If you have it at last, it will make you fat. But sipping in mid is good. But don't overdo it either. If you have something liquidy in meal itself, Reduce water.
Drinking water first thing in morning is shit. Atleast pass 15-20 minutes before drinking it.
If you want to reduce fat, Need to have calorie deficit diet + Exercise. Winter season is enemy because everything is full of energy. Gud, Til etc. Also Eat slowly. Eat sweets first in meal if you are eating them, So that Your brain knows faster when you are full, and save yourself from overeating.
If you want to gain muscle, Eat fat and proteins + Exercise.
If you want to get fat, Healthy way is eat in calorie gain but do exercise. and eat all three well enough And also take other matural supplements. Winter is great for gaining weights.
Exercise is must everyday no matter what, But in moderation. Physical Sports are great help.
Sleeping just after eating is curse. wait for minimum 2 hours. Same is so for eating after waking up. Sound sleep is very important.
Try to build a routine. It will Work till the old age.
Listen to your body most.
This all looks very misarranged, But everything I said is True and necessity.
All other stuff like chips, Biscuits, Fastfoods are fine in moderation, But do make sure that it is of good quality. Whatever you can make at home, you should.
Because
Fastfoods - Worst quality material + Pathogens
Packed food - Worst of artificial chemicals, colours, oils, And not much hygienic themselves. and even addictive.
Icecreams- Make me scream. Don't even get me started.
You can make a lot at home. i recently made Strawberry Jam. and Orange Jam. Easiest thing, Cut add 4/5th equal amount sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes. or until it looks a bit syrupy. Use within 2-7 days. depending on if you have freeze.
And trust me The flavours will be the best.

Add protein to every normal meal you have. That is all. Keep junk food to once or twice a week at best. Reduce chini in chai and coffee. Take Ashwagandha , whey protein concentrate and drink milk twice. Preferably buffalo if bulking, cow if cutting. If you are non veg, eat Chicken daily.
