I want a meal plan for myself. I live alone and cook my own food.

I can't cook non vegetarian in my kitchen because sometimes my friends also cook food at my place but I eat eggs and chicken at restaurants and food stalls once in a week. I'm suffering from low libido problem throughout my teenage years due to vegetarian diet but now things are changing slowly. My mental health also improved after having chicken regularly. Currently I'm having calcuim, magnesium, vitamin D, multivitamin, and wheat protein powder supplements daily.
