Get enough sleep
Start with inclined wall pushups
Watch YouTube videos for proper form.
Decrease the incline as you get better until you can do normal pushups.
Then get to 50 normal pushups.
At this point also start learning about lifts and weights if hostel gym has them.
Always learn proper form and basics so you don't fuck up your body.
Then 50 of a harder variation of the pushups and so on
Maybe try incline like pushups and then normal pike pushups.
Start doing lifts with barbell if possible at this point if you feel confident with your core and form being right.
Alongside this, also find a place to do pull-ups.
You will just be hanging from the bar for the first few weeks. Then start to actively engage the arms and pull up and hold slightly. Then try negatives. Then actual pull ups. Then muscle ups. Then weighted pull-ups using a backpack and books.
You can skip this if your gym has a machine to train the same group.
