Useful links recommended by Puranvid/Dhvasra (on his website). (https://nikhilsd.com). It's quite resourceful, containing links from linguistics, weblogs, etc

आज भी खरे हैं तालाब

This book was recommended by some anon here only.

It's about early Indian water-management systems of ponds etc., and how with their decline coincided the decline of pajeetland.

Kino website containing films, books, etc., in various Indian languages. Is primarily concerned with stuff like environment, nature, social stuff, etc., but is very valuable.

हनुमान चालीसा जी महावीरी व्याख्या by Jagadguru Shri Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj

Kino book. Uses scriptures like तर्कसंग्रह, अद्भुत रामायण, वाल्मीकि रामायण, रामचरितमानस, महाभारत, योगसूत्र, विष्णु पुराण to build a fabulous commentary on each and every चौपाई of Hanuman Chalisa. Worth reading.

I think this commentary would be great, as a Hanūmān bhakta myself. But I disagree with the changes he made to the chaupaīs, saying that the verses were distorted. It is contradicted by archaeological and linguistic evidence that there was no interpolation in the verses of Hanūmān Chālīsa. But I'll still read this.

He didn't "change" the chaupais. Chaupais are still the same. What he changed was sounds of some words. Since Awadhi is a very very fluid and non-standardized language, many sound changes happen.

For example many say "जय कपीस" but he's written "जय कपीश", etc. He didn't change the chaupais.
