Not really. I have seen a Tamil guy who was easily an 8/10 during a debate comp. I am guessing he was Tamil because his name was Arzyan.
No homo, but he is probably what Krishna would have looked like when he played around with gopis. Some Tamils have a good base that gets ruined by carbslop. Even I can admit all of this despite being a jaat.
