post like that and pic related always made me think about how people perceive experience may go very different route.
i am not blaming anyone for doing so. but i would be just opposite, having better experience with people i generally hesitate to have any generalist outlook, or taking one off scenario to blame everyone.
most of the time it's borne out of our own failures being projected outwordly.
