i know it won't hit the same but you could still buy a prebuilt. price shock of ram hasn't transferred there as all those companies still have a stockpile remaining.
gpu prices are actually very very reasonable right now, so maybe you could buy a prebuilt with no graphics card and then buy a card on your own?
