I tried the "dopamine cleanse" thing for a week, less than 30 mins phone screen time, greyscale, no masturbation etc. Doesn't seem to have any positive effects like clearing brain fog, increasing focus etc. Maybe it's a scam or maybe people are far more cooked and it works for them,
White LED lights give me a headache and make me nauseous but I can't do anything about them, they are literally everywhere. I think I am going insane, some of them clearly are broken and don't have a constant brightness but no one else seems to notice

Was making a small game with raylib and a 2d physics engine, was making the jump control and to prevent multiple jumps you are supposed to shoot a raycast down from the player model and check for ground objects(aka the normal pointing upwards) seemed complicated so I tried using AI for this and it just couldn't, Ig I had it rewrite the function around 10 times, giving the exact problem/error every time and even then I kept making stupid mistakes.
