Yakub is Jacob in the Bible/Quran, he's the father of the Israelites. He tricked his brother Esau to receive this title from their father instead of him so Yakub is a "trickster". This story isn't in the Quran but it is in the Bible so Christians know it but Muslims don't.
Yakub being the father trickster god of white people is esoteric Nation of Islam knowledge that black people weren't supposed to know about hence why it's a joke redpill, "white people now know the truth". There isn't much philosophy to the religion and it was supposed to be a secret anyway.

The father trickster god of white people to white people would be Loki, Odin, Hermes etc. equivalents to Krishna before Jesus appeared and redeemed everyone including Israelites (Muslims don't believe Jesus is the Messiah so this part is irrelevant to them including NOI)
It's Nation of Islam followers who believe Yakub is the god of white people, but it's esoteric so even they don't, only white memelords on the internet know the truth. White people themselves don't believe in Yakub and he's the father of the Jews. There is also a group of black people who believe THEY are the real Jews, but that's a different religion (Black Hebrew Israelites) and they're not Muslim.
