you might find it funny, one of the big german supermarkets actually makes curry paste in germany (in 3 flavors: yellow, green and red). they don't sell it all the time but they sell it ~every 3 months for a week with other indian and asian delicacies. german naan too (in 3 flavors: plain, koriander and garlic). been making vegetable curry for many years, my favorite curry paste is jalafrezi flavour. indian food is probably the most delicious food world if you ask me but these days i only eat it seldom because being healthy is better then eating tasty.

i have the good fortune of driving around an old small truck and i drive autobahn with it. it's a trip. i shit on my country all the time but the autobahn is a miracle i will not shit on. it is insanely well-maintained. i have no idea how they keep this much road in such a good condition. and driving around on it, even in a small truck is quite comfortable and convenient. i've only dared to drive autobahn for 1-2 years now and i sometimes drive to other cities. i'll use it to drive to every major city basically and i have seen a lot of the surrounding cities already.

the muslims all claim they don't drink alcohol but that's not true. because of the insane amount of alcohol that is drunk here, the people age terribly. they are assholes when they are young, then they skip middle age because of idiotic lifestyle choice in many cases and are suddenly frail elders that want others to take care of them. with germans i can make sense of it, they eat like retards. with muslims i don't know enough. they practice fasting for religious reasons, which should result in them aging WAAAAY better, but they age terribly too and i don't understand why. they eat irresponsibly too though. i have met a lot of muslims who had mothers who could cook insanely good; which means unhealthy unfortunately.

To simplify it, each state has its own language that is common language in the said state. But the entire nation sort of agrees on Hindi, with the only exception for Kerala and Tamizh Nadu, who have a chimp out tendency about identity, now days Maharastra as well.
All states have somewhere between say 1 to 10 languages/dialect with respect script, of writing style. For example Punjab has Punjabi, with its own script, while Rajsthan has 10 languages due to it being large enough to have different states of its own. Only exception to this is some cucks who lost their mother tongue entirely over time.
Regardless, TLDR, Hindi is nearly spoken by all of us.

day 10 of not eating and only drinking grape-juice. it is better to do this in the summer because i am constantly cold, the fruit cools down the body. i try to put on an extra layer of clothes but i am still cold. i tend to be inactive but once i get moving, my body warms up nicely.
sleep is deep, i often had dreams but the last few nights i could not remember any.
lost ~3-4 kg of weight. i still poop every ~2 days, but they are small dumps. i dunno where poo is coming from because i am not putting solids into the digestion so they must be old, undigested stuff.
at times my mind feels very clear, at other times i feel tired and cloudy.
last time i did this, i spend the entire day looking at kitchen gadgets and food preparation videos but this time it is not as pressing. i watch a few videos on

Couldn't relate, i love winters and summer are a curse upon humanity. I would genuinely be glad if the winters arrived a little earlier, so i could get my hoodies out finally. I enjoy going for long walk and still feeling perfectly fresh to the less humid and dry cold air, it's just kinder than the harsh summers.

I am a very huge fan of sansos, that use a lot of red cabbage, bulldog sauce as well as chicken cuts. They are heavy on protein and tend to be pretty low on empty carbs. Many would think the deep fried katsu is unhealthy, but something about the way they fry it makes it so crisp, not absorbing oil at all. I think it's the batter.

Turmeric works really well with some juice and their profile. It doesn't need to be too dense or too high, same goes for ginger. Just adding a little bit can do wonders, specially for those who don't consume them frequently.

last day of the fast. tomorrow i will eat again.
2 weeks without discomfort or hunger. the only slight negative i have experienced was the occasional extra tiredness in the morning.
i have not pooped in 3 days though i am sure if i kept it going for more days, eventually something would dislodge from the bowelwall and i would poop it out.
i will do this again but for 40 days or longer. this time i will not only drink pure grape juice but juice from orange, grapefruit, pineapple, apple, cucumber, etc. i will bring some variety. with variety, this will be no problem to endure.

I am not a fan of sweet stuff, jam can be a little nice but I don't really enjoy it outside very few rare occasions. Tbh i would find denying freshly baked bread, that too german one quite hard.
