Can brown skinned countries ever have a positive international reputation?
UAE and Saudi Arabia are mostly inhabited by Gulf Arabs (who look like jeet African hybrids) and South Asian migrants workers. But generally people speak positively about them.
So if India becomes clean and develops first world infrastructure, will the reputation automatically improve despite our physical appearance?
