Abey yaar aadhar isn't a valid proof of birth. It's really easy to tamper with aadhar but the actual proof of birth date is your birth certificate and class 10th marksheet. No gobermint agency accepts aadhar for birth proof when it comes to jaabs.

Doesn't work like that. Once you pass 10th (which I assume you already have), you can't just conceal it from the gobermint to do 10th all over again. Yes, you might get admission and even pass 10th with your forged credentials once again from some open board, but your past cannot be erased. It's just not possible with the kind of surveillance systems they have nowadays. Sooner than later, they'll find out. Yes, people forge documents for their kids to keep them younger for gobermint exam advantage. But that only happens while they're still kids. In adults, it's just not possible and that's the harsh truth.
