You know why lundia is so inefficient? It's because of meme exams.
In other countries people in top positions of bureaucracy, be it army, police, administration, etc... all reached where they're after decades of experience working in the field after starting on low position.
In lundia, they reach there after writing meme exams.

Meme exams are a strong push factor not a bad thing.
The idea that every exam must be equally accessible to all is retarded.
However the effects of meme exams can only be seen after 10-20 years or even a whole generation later.
Countries like Sweden, Switzerland etc. which have abolished or never had these exams are slowly degrading and losing their positions and wealth.
