I was thinking how far I can go without client-side js and I've ran into my first limitation.
Without it, expanding media won't be possible. The only way one could view it is by opening the said media in a new tab.
I'll make sure that those with script enables should be able to expand media, while those with scripts blocked should be able to open media in new tab instead.
