Lingva front end to Google translate

Front end translation. Not sure why their website shutdown. Different instances have different services. All have Google, some have Reverso, DeepL, LibreTranslate, iCIBA. Being self hosted sometimes some of the instances are down and DeepL sometimes fails to translate.
