Finally could replicate the error, there are few things, it seems you were using old version of js file which is cached into the browser leading to google auto ads being inserted between the posts and program uses a logic to get the last post to fetch the remaining posts once someone replies. But in case of ads, it fails to get the last post and results two set of errors, one that is obviously being caught and displayed in error box and other being related to captcha.
Already worked out the solution, just clear the cache of the browser and you should be good i think. For the remaining part if you reply and it fails, just refresh the page don't try to reply again.
Patch will be delivered on weekends along with new updates.
