shukriya dost, picrel was after 6 months of inconsistent gym due to exams and health issues, but i joined back a month ago after exams were over. never skipped a single day, trying to maintain my routine it for at least an year or two.

Just keep overloading progressively. You will reach these numbers soon. And keep eating in a surplus. Train close to failure and don't do too much volume. Use creatine.

im getting good progress, currently at 60kgs squat and 40kgs bench, don't want to deadlift until im experienced enough.

I do go near failure and use drop sets mostly during isolations as i've almost hurt myself many times while going till failure on compound lifts, need more stability work.
