i get dreams about my current crush but its not something that i remember just normal convos happening which i wanted to have in real life. one thing i noticed is whenever i wake up from such dreams where dream world was simply better than reality i feel this wave of sadness and emptiness for an hour or more that i just doomscroll or listen music for hours to cope.
