ig, in 2-3 months he got some contractual job, then another contractual job then got a stable job around 2019 in pune, after that accenture acquired it and layoffs happened again. tbh, my baap was stuck at a very old tech stack.

We actually do, sometimes instantly, the issue comes when you have too much experience and you are over qualified.
That puts you in a dead lock. If you are a junior manager who is making over 12 LPA in a tier 1 city, and you shift to the other one, they will basically want you to have a little more than 12 but also expect you to fully take roll of senior manager within next month, since the actuall senior manager is earning twice as much as what they will give you.
