1 tsp of Zinc fortified Salt
Will add 2 Tomatoes next week to this receipe as well, also thinking of adding turmeric powder from next meal onwards.

Store bought tomato puree because I don't have a moxer, store bought cream and garam masala powder, store bought ginger garlic paste, store bought frozen peas, and all the usual masale, and beyond that it was simple.
Someday I'd like to reduce the amount of preprocessed ingredients. Tomato and ginger garlic paste would be first to go when I have a mixer. Garam masala after that.
